Mniska grew up in a culture rooted in curiosity, always wanting to understand how things work and how to fix them. From an early age, his father introduced him to tools, hard work, and problem-solving, whether it was disassembling discarded electronics or helping out on the family ranch. Craftsmanship runs deep in his lineage, and he proudly continues that legacy today.
As a teenager, Mniska began his journey as a plumbing apprentice, setting the foundation for over 20+ years of hands-on experience. He went on to specialize in hydronic heating, developing a deep expertise in high-efficiency systems and thoughtful, precision-driven work.
This path has not only shaped his career but also given him the opportunity to build a life centered around family. Today, he shares that same spirit of curiosity with his two sons, passing on the values of craftsmanship, integrity, and a lifelong fascination with how the world works.
